The right wall unit can give a room a focal point and a place for everything. Palmer’s Woodworking is a Fergus shop run by Licensed Cabinet Maker Craig Palmer, and we designed, built and installed every one of the custom wall units on this page.

We design, build and install wall units for homes in Fergus, Elora, Guelph and throughout Wellington County, with projects in Belwood, Mono, Kitchener, Conestoga and Algonquin Highlands as well. Many of them frame a fireplace with bookshelves, cabinets and a spot for the TV. Others are tall storage walls full of cabinets, a mudroom bench with coat hooks, stone fireplaces with floating shelves, or even a built-in wall unit with dog kennels underneath. Looking for something around a fireplace? See our custom fireplace mantels too.

Every built-in is measured to fit your space. We’ll listen to how you want to use the room, give you honest feedback and bring a sharp eye for detail to the shelves, doors and trim, so the finished wall unit looks like it was always there.
