We designed, built and installed this fireplace mantel for our client in Grand Valley, ON

This white fireplace mantel has a wide shelf and pilasters framing the gas fireplace. Above the shelf, a tall overmantel with a simple raised panel reaches up to the ceiling.

The panel adds a touch of detail without making the wall busy, and the shelf gives the family a spot for candles and decorations. It’s a classic, timeless look.

A white fireplace mantel with overmantel makes a fireplace feel taller and more important in the room. It’s one of our favourite ways to give a simple fireplace more presence.

We build each mantel to fit the fireplace and the room, then install it on site and make sure every line is straight and every joint is tight. The result is a mantel that looks like it has always been part of the home.
